The House is ideal for large groups of friends wanting to visit the island.
It happily holds 10 people, and there is even room to hold 5 more if necessary.

The House has 5 big luxury bedrooms, 4 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen & 3 living rooms.
Outside there is a beautiful garden, this combined with a large terrace & bbq area which is around the fantastic pool.

Inside the House you ca enjoy 350 square meters of living space, equipped with 9 air-conditioning units!
The House is decorated with a gorgeous modern minimal look, with an exciting splash of colour added in each room bringing it all together perfectly.

There is the facility for safe outside parking for up to 10 Cars.
If need to have a music system during your stay, there is the posibility to pre order & book the DJ-Equipment from us.
We can also arrange a private Driving Service / Taxi for you all so that you get picked up and dropped off to the villa at any time day or night.

With no direct neighbours you can be sure to enjoy your stay in Casa Rosa with privacy!

The Villa is is only a few minutes driving away from Ibiza Town and you can get to the some of islands nicest Restaurants in a few Minutes.
One of he best feature of the house is that you are close enough to everything that is fun but also far enough away from it to also be able to relax peacefully!!
